Strategy, review, creative and campaign setup are professional services. Refund eligibility depends on work completed and the accepted proposal.
Media budget
Unused media budget is reconciled separately from the agency fee according to the campaign agreement and payment-processor rules.
Campaign interruption
If new contest restrictions or platform decisions prevent continued delivery, the campaign may be paused while remaining scope and unused budget are reviewed.
