These terms describe the boundaries that apply when you request or purchase ContestReach marketing services.

Nature of the service

Our services may include marketing strategy, rules review, creative production, audience outreach, advertising management and reporting.

No contest-outcome guarantee

The service does not guarantee votes, ranking, finalist status, prizes or any other contest outcome.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful materials and complete published contest rules. They remain responsible for eligibility and compliance with organizer requirements.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for automated voting, fake identities, purchased engagement, impersonation, fraud-detection evasion or other platform manipulation.

Fees and media spend

Agency fees, deliverables, media budget, payment schedule and cancellation conditions are defined in the written proposal accepted for each campaign.
